Join us inside for a relaxing sound bowl event with a 7 Chakra bowl set and soothing meditation music. Balance and Harmony is the theme for April.
The sound and vibration of Crystal bowls and music reduces stress, tension, and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing of the mind and body starts to begin.
